Submission tool doesn't like the format of the date in the parameter file. Print

The default format for date and time, accepted by AIMS is yyy-mm-dd HH:mm. If in your parameter file(s) the date format is different and if you are using Excel, please find below how it can be changed.

Use function "upper". Make a new column after the one to convert. In the first cell of the new column type =upper(target cell), where "target cell" is the one to the left which you want to convert (you can just click on it). Once you have the top cell converted, just select the rest of the column and auto-complete it with Ctrl-D. You now have a new column with the same values as the one to the left, but everything in upper case.

There's a bit more to do. You need to create another column, copy the new upper case column, and paste it into the new column with "paste special", "values". You can then cut this new column, just copy it over the original, and delete the intermediate column with the "upper" formulae in it. You have to do it this way, as Excel will give you a circular reference error if you try to copy the converted column straight over the original lower case column.
