What is SAIL? Print
The main purpose of SAIL is to help a user to quantify a sample size for a biomedical genomics study potentially spanning across several cohort and collections. SAIL can be of help in the design of meta-studies as a tool for fast estimate of a number of samples available for a given set of phenotypes (medication, lifestyle etc); it also can be used to indicate whether a sample has been genotyped.
